Sunday Morning at 9:45Adult Center Room 202The Singles Ministry at Centerview Baptist Church, “With Purpose,” involves singles of all ages. The ministry includes Sunday school, a Wednesday evening life group, and many other ministry opportunities and outside fellowship get-togethers. Our ministry mission statement is: “to encourage and help single Christians discern their God-given purpose while enriching their walk with God.” Our theme verse is: 'And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them' (Rom. 8:28, NLT). Many singles come to that point in their lives where they feel like their life doesn’t have a purpose. They feel the pressure of the world telling them that they can’t be used unless they are married or doing something spectacular. With God’s help, we hope to help singles in their endeavor to grow more Christ-like while finding their purpose through God in their current lives. “With Purpose” is a group where singles can come together in a safe and comfortable environment where they can grow in Christ and learn to allow God to use them for His glory just as they are.
